This is an exciting opportunity to join our highly successful team of website and graphic designers and learn all the skills required to develop a career within the industry.

There are over 180 Nettl studios in the UK and worldwide, Nettl Bourne is proud to be part of this network.
We design beautiful websites, produce great print, and help our clients market their businesses online and offline.

You’ll join our existing team in Bourne and buddy up with an experienced designer. Your job will certainly be varied and will include website development, graphic design, and marketing. Your role will also include liaising with existing and potential clients and building strong working relationships.

You will receive on-the-job training through the Nettl Training Academy.

Qualifications:

You must be educated to A-Level or Degree standard or have the required basic experience you should also demonstrate the skills below

Skills:

  • You have strong maths skills and your written English will be flawless.
  • You’ve got high attention to detail and are proud of the way you present yourself.
  • Your friends probably call you a bit of a geek.
  • You love technology and understanding how things work.
  • You don’t flap – you’re cool under pressure.
  • You are an excellent listener & love learning about others.
  • You are keenly interested in local businesses and creating ways to help them grow.
  • You’re a team player and are always there to lend a hand.
  • You are adaptable and have a strong ability to think on your feet and learn as you go.
  • You understand social media platforms and are keen to learn about emerging platforms.
  • You love taking responsibility for your learning and educating yourself further.

Our work revolves around beautiful and effective design, print, web & marketing; we are looking for someone who shares our passion and wants to learn how to help clients win more business.

Full time – however part-time  hours considered
